We are accepting waitlist deposits! Our community stays near full so it is a good idea to get on our waitlist especially to pre-lease apartments for the late summer months or if you are looking to get into a 1 bedroom. It's the same process as applying for an apartment but it is "risk free" because if we do not have the style you are looking for available for your move in timeframe then we refund the deposits! This means you put down a $100 hold fee plus the application fee(s) and let us know what style you desire and the earliest and latest dates that you can move in. An available apartment is offered to our waitlist before it is offered to new prospective residents so it gives you first choice!

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets per apartment under 25lbs (dogs/cats)
$200 pet deposit per apartment ($75 refundable/$125 non-refundable)
Pet Rent: $15/month pet rent/pet
(For example: if you have 1 cat & 1 dog under $25lbs you pay $200 for the deposits and then $30/month pet rent)
To hold an apartment (or be placed on the waitlist):
The application fee is $35 for the first application, $15 for any additional applicants over 18. Anyone over 18 years of age that will be residing in the apartment is required to fill out an application. The application process also requires filling out a crime free addendum.$100 is required to reserve the apartment. (Initially this is used as a hold fee. Once you are approved it becomes a non-refundable deposit used to cover the cost of preparing the apartment for your move in.)
Security Deposit: $150 refundable after move out (provided there are no damages)
